"MULTI-PROFILE HOSPITAL FOR ACTIVE TREATMENT – DR. ASEN VELEV" Ltd. is a sole proprietorship limited liability company, according to Article 113 of the Commercial Code and Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Healthcare Institutions Act.

The companys capital amounts to BGN 3,401,096, determined based on a decision by the Municipal Council of Razlog. The ownership of the companys capital is 100% municipal and belongs to the Municipality of Razlog.

The registered address and headquarters of the company are: Republic of Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad Region, Razlog, Postal Code 2760, St. Cyril and Methodius Street 2.

In accordance with the Commercial Register Act, the company is registered under the unique identification code (UIC) 000022044.

The company is managed and represented by a Manager, appointed by the Mayor of Razlog Municipality after a public competition, through a management contract in accordance with the Public Enterprises Act.

The activity of the hospital, as per Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Healthcare Institutions Act (ZLZ), is a multi-profile hospital for active treatment.
