The department provides comprehensive care for women before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as specialized gynecological procedures.
Services Offered:
- Childbirth, regardless of gestational age, fetal position, or mode of delivery
- Medically indicated pregnancy termination, including premature termination
- Non-radical hysterectomy (partial removal of the uterus)
- Inpatient care for high-risk pregnancies before 36 weeks of gestation
- Surgical procedures to support pregnancies after:
o Two or more habitual miscarriages
o Multiple pregnancy
o In vitro fertilization
o Previous cervical surgery
- Vaginal surgical interventions for removal of pathological changes or invasive diagnostics of the female reproductive organs
- Pelvic and perineal corrections, including procedures for urinary incontinence in women
- Diagnostic procedures and conservative treatment of toxo-infectious and anemic syndromes of obstetric-gynecological origin
- Diagnosis and treatment of newborns:
o With weight from 1500 to 2499 g, mild severity (Grade I)
o With weight over 2500 g, mild severity (Grade I)
- Care for healthy newborns
